What are Somatic Dance Sessions?
Somatic Dance Sessions are guided 10-minute movement resets that help you feel calmer, lighter, and more present in your body. Each session blends somatic techniques with simple coaching cues designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, emotional balance, and tension release—without needing choreography, flexibility, or dance experience. New sessions are released weekly so you can build a simple rhythm that fits into real life, without overwhelm or burnout. Everything is on-demand, so you can move on your own schedule—morning, lunch break, or before bed—at your own pace and in your own space. You’ll explore progress without pressure, using movement as a way to release tension, build confidence, and reconnect with your body naturally, without counting reps or trying to “look good.” To help you drop in, each session includes a curated playlist and music chosen to support emotional release, rhythm, and embodiment. And if you enjoy community, you can optionally connect with other Unbound members to share wins and stay consistent. Somatic Dance Sessions are made for real bodies and real women who want to feel grounded, confident, and at home in themselves again.
